trying to be more consistent...

In everything! Not just posting but excercising.If I want to see results,consistency is key right? RIGHT! this is a healthy lifestyle ,i think if we apply this to cleaning house,spending time with our husband,our kids,reading the word ,eating healthy, and prayer is abig one etc....you get the point...These are all good things to be consistent in ,because they bring great results. We cant just excercise our muscles once a month and then be dissapointed when we just cant seem to have any energy for our daily tasks.
ANother observation is that one good choice follows another.If i just finished excercising ,then that will make me think twice about grabbing a high caloric unhealthy meal and so forth.It will defeat my purpose and then we are back to square one.
I believe no foods are offlimits ,but all in moderation is safe.
okay ,well today I gotta go pick up some books from the library and to the thrift store and then come home and sew some buttons onto a few of my husband's work shirts...so off i go.
